Gina is the queen of systems and organization. She will take any process and streamline it so that it is organized, repeatable, and trackable. Her tracking spreadsheets are like works of art. Best of all, Gina is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She'll dig in, learn what she needs to, and come up with a finished product that is very well thought out.

Gina is a hunter. She's not the kind of person who phones things in and accomplishes the minimum. She likes winning, and she will hunt for opportunities to meet your goals. She took the lead on key campaigns that helped us double our revenue more than three years in a row. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could not have done it without her.
Gina built out our entire AI-driven creative system from the ground up. She created custom scripts inside Google Docs that pulled information from JSON files we'd set up as guardrails, so when we dropped in a prompt, it would generate the copy and images, organize everything in Google Drive, and have it ready to upload to Meta. It cut our turnaround on ads and creatives down dramatically. What I appreciate most about working with her is that you give her the big picture, she digests it, and then she comes back with something that goes well beyond what you asked for. She's assertive, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about removing roadblocks for the people around her. She's an A player, and I'd refer her without hesitation.
I highly recommend Gina to ANYONE looking for a more efficient way of doing things in their office. Before working with Gina, we were managing four separate tasks by hand: data entry, a weekly intention spreadsheet for our priests, a document of weekly prayers, and a mass intentions image for our bulletin. She built us a single custom app that handles all of it! Data entry is now easily twice as fast as it used to be, and the other three tasks are done with the push of a few buttons. Her work far exceeded any expectations. I am well versed in office programs, and I assure you that Gina's work is outstanding.
Before working with Gina, our office relied on manually updating Excel spreadsheets to track mass intentions, and on busy booking days, only one person could do that at a time. After recording intentions, we then had to re-enter the same information by hand into the parish bulletin intention list, the priest weekly mass schedule, and the Sunday general intercessions. With the app Gina built, all of that now happens automatically — information entered once is populated into all the relevant files, and multiple staff members can enter intentions at the same time. Gina foresaw every need we had and created a tool that exceeded all our expectations. It's worth making the switch.
I thought AI would be too complicated for 65-year-old, non-techy me to learn — but Gina showed me that anyone with basic computer skills and a desire to learn can start navigating AI quickly. Now I can create emails that are clear and concise but still sound like me rather than a robot. I was amazed by how huge the list of things AI can really do is, especially the automation side. Gina really knows the platform, explains things clearly, and is incredibly patient. I'd recommend this training to anyone, especially small-business owners who want to save time and communicate better.
